Does this 'handbook' cover Capital Equipment to the
Semiconductor Industry?

I'm not sure where between fertilizer and rubber the
electronic products fall.  

Is there a succinct list of standards Scanning Electron
Microscope falls?  Or, direct write e-beam lithography?
