EMC (emissions only) would be covered by the Electrical Appliance
and Material Safety Law ("DENAN"), if the product is covered by
the Law.

EMC of medical products would be covered by the Pharmaceutical
Affairs Law.
Emissions from certain types of radio equipment and ISM equipment
