Thank you, Larry. Teseq sent me a quote and acknowledge me that ISN for CAT5 is different as CAT6, which meant I have to purchase one for CAT5 and one for CAT6. I have to pull out those information and read again.

Section 5.2 of CISPR 22: 2005 with A1+A2 and EN 55022: 2006 lists limits of conducted common mode (asymmetric mode) disturbance at telecommunication ports. China has decided to postpone the telecom port requirement (as of early this month). BSMI (Taiwan) is discussing this requirement and has not mandated it. I believe VCCI (Japan) has not mandated it, either. In addition, if you know any manufacturers and models for ISN for Category 5 and Category 6 Ethernet port, please share with me.
