How well does a line probe work compared to a LISN? Can you use a line probe for all testing or just for high current applications?

I don't know if there is an appendix in the FCC Rules. I took a quick look at the 1984 47CFR Part 15 Subpart J - Computing Device , pp 506-512. There is no appendex in that subpart. Is it possible that this Appendix A being included in the FCC MP-4? Thank you and look forward to your help.
