C63.4-2003 specifies the use of US voltages and frequencies when making radiated and AC line conducted emission measurements. However, I have seen a number of cases where switching power supplies have had *significantly* different Conducted Emissions between 120V 60Hz and 230V 50Hz input power. Therefore I always test them with both supply voltages/frequencies.
