I need some assistance. In my research, I have not been able to ascertain the date whereby compliance is mandatory with NRCan (Canada) requirements for external power supplies. I believe it to be sometime in 2011, but have been provided with various dates in 2011 from various sources. If this date was published in the Canada Gazette, what was the edition? I simply would prefer to have an actual documented effectivity date published by NRCan. If anyone can, please provide that? Also, has the Australian MEPS requirements been updated or when are they expected to be updated? I look forward to your reply.
