Hi group,
In Europe, a modem with a connection to the telecom network is subject to the RTTE. Applicable standards for EMC are EN55022/24. This product is also equipped with an RF-out interface that connects to the coaxial cable antenna input of a TV set. Which test must be performed on the RF-out port? - EMC emission and immunity as specified for coaxial ports in EN55022 and EN55024, or - Tests applicable to that port (and complete product) as specified in EN55013/20, or - Other standards as 55013/20 is (I think) is meant for a TV receiver, not the RF-out. Many thanks for your feedback!
