There is a mandatory list tying products with HS code. So if you provide me with your harmonized tariff code for Russia I can let you know if you are regulated for GOST. Voluntary GOST certs can also be obtained. I have many stories from manufacturers that have used these sites and paid huge sums of money and at the end got nothing.
