I do not know about "All equipment", but AKOSH Program Directive 00-05
directly implements OSHA's NRTL by citing Instruction CPL 1-0.3; that is, any
product for use in the Alaska workplace that is within the scope of 29CFR1910
shall have been assessed by an NRTL.

Also, I think that some members of this group may be interested in OSHA
Instruction STP 2-1.147A.
