Though I have seen lots of mentions of electromagnetic emissions by welding equipment in the web searches I have done, I have seen no quantitative measurements.
The only indirect indication of the level of emissions is the immunity levels called out in IEC 60974-10 (10 V/m as per IEC 61000-4-3, which our equipment meets as well). But my guess is that this test is nearly redundant for the equipment manufacturers, since I expect the level of emissions produced during welding to be as much if not more of a problem. I'm sorry that the IEC standard was inadequate. It's true that the welding process in inherently subject to large variations in almost every characteristic.
