Some of these give concern about the quality of the surveillance, such 
as this:

"The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the 
relevant European standards EN 55022 and EN 55024."

The standards cited are EMC standards, not safety. In other reports from 
the same source, EN 60950 is added or substituted. In one case, 'EN 
61000' is cited; this is a huge multi-part EMC standard, many of which 
would not be applicable to the product.
