The trouble with that is that it leaves the test house rather free to decide what is and isn't a failure, and then you get involved in wrangling over 3.3 V and 10 mm. I think it's not good for a product standard (60950-1) to 'decorate' a Basic standard (60529) in that way. If 'decoration' is considered necessary it should be explicit, i.e. with voltage and distance limits and maybe other criteria. -- This is my travelling signature, adding no superfluous mass.
