You can send an enquiry to BSI Customer Services, but it may take a long time to get to the committee. For IEC, you have to find the relevant committee first, and in this case it's SC65A. Go to the IEC web site, www.iec.ch, and click on 'TC dashboard'. Put '65A' in the search box that appears. Click on 'General information' in the list that appears. That takes you to a page that will allow you to 'email Secretary' without giving out his email address.
