Peter,

 

Are you sure you want a “single box solution”?  You most likely already
have a Power Meter and Signal Generator in your lab that will do the job.  All
you need in addition is a small amp, CDNs, and maybe a current probe (for
auto-leveling). The CDNs and probes would not be part of the “single box”
anyway. 

 

Software? If you have Labview or Visual Basic you could write something up in
a day. The test is not difficult.  

 

You will need a fixture to calibrate your CDNs.  

 

Not much more to it. This is probably one the easiest EMC test to obtain
equipment for, setup and perform.
