Why is the product called Dual-Voltage? Obviously it is a auto voltage from 100 to 240 Vac so there is no mis-placed to 110 V when used in 230 V countries. I have learnt some safety standards require the voltage setting to the highest before leaving the factory. It seems to look after such foreseeable misuse.
