Yup, if you have the email trail that shows the "signiture" was delegated to 
you, sign on!
Or you can just be brave enough to take that on for yourself, 
and then tell upper managment BB that they have to stop shippinhg 
because of a discovered problem in an audit of the production line.
You get a really big impression of yourself over this one... 
since you have the regulations and law behind you, and Corp legal backs you too!
