I understand your point that in this case those standards are overstretching
its scope.  What I'm referring to is an information safety data report per
EN 60065 with a condition of acceptability.  This would be for the wireless
headphone only.  The reason that I would insert this CoA is to cover any
cases where that same headphone may be applied to (sold with) a mobile sound
player.

Definitely not 55032-1, and even 55023-2 is over-stretching its scope.
