The situation is that 60065 and 60950-1 had to be written to be consistent with the original, badly drafted versions of EN 55032-1 and -2. The committee realised that those standards needed urgent revision, which is now in process, When the new editions are available, EN 60065, EN 60950-1 (if they still exist) and EN 62389-1 will be aligned.
