The big three auto makers have some chambers !
Stand alone ? Too big to tell from where I was.
But given the materials needed and the construction techniques... A
"stand-alone" would be a covered OATS.
For the normal shielded chambers, an environmental building would need to
surround it for protection.
Lights, sprinklers, AC handling, all happen inside the building that keeps the
weather outside.
To do otherwise would add an immense complication to the design and
construction of the building.
Years ago we moved a couple of 10 m chambers to a new site.
The floor of building was cut out and moved down several feet so the chamber
would fit.
Raising the roof was not an option there.
But at another site, a two story one, raising the roof, the floor of second
story was an option.
The chamber roof  turned into a raised area.
In FL, you really can not go down... So find the contractor that will raise the
roof to fit the chamber under.
Remember that FAU, now ACS, has the 3m chamber inside the building.
Think out of the box.  Lights and sprinklers do not have to located on the top.
 Side mounts will work.
New cones and tiles are better and can be shorter than the old long cones,
making the chamber smaller.
