You've nailed it.  There wasn't a valid cal sticker, so I verified the
performance.  The waveform looks out-of-spec.  Rather than call places and
ask them to 'fix it', I wanted them to evaluate it on their own.
Surge voltage might be corrected by a simple pot adjustment.  I don't want
to think about what it would take for pulse width correction.  I had to get
another brand of surge generator repaired a few years ago -- what a pain!

Since we're not an accredited test house, I'm really just interested in the
waveform meeting the standard.  I'll contact the 'no bid' houses and
clarify what I want.
