SIQ is able to calibrate up to 1 MHz and issue accredited calibration
certificate. But please let me know what kind of connection you have on the
output. Without RF connections it will be hard to pass the calibration.

We are using hioki and kikusui instruments but not really happy. Therefore our
metrology department made just circuits according to IEC 60990 which do pass
the calibration requirements. Output is directly attached to scope.
Easy and usable.

Best regards,
Bostjan

Should note that the NETWORK is the thing being verified - as a 'calibrated'
hi-bw , hi- C/F, true RMS (thermal converter) instrument is used. But I have
used (less exotic) DMMs and DSOs with acceptable results. Also, do not forget
the peak current - suggest reading Mr. Perkins papers on this.

Subject: [PSES] Calibration of touch current measurement network and instrument

Hello,

I am trying to find out an accredited calibration lab capable of calibrating my
Leakage (Touch) Current Measurement Instrument according to the latest IECEE
Operational Document, CTL-OP 113 Ed. 1.1, that is:

-conformance with IEC 60990:1999
-verification of input impedance to IEC 60990:1999 (fig. 4)over the frequency
range of 20 Hz to 1 MHz
- calibration of both RMS and peak voltages over the frequency range 20 Hz to 1
MHz.

Any suggestion or experience with the calibration of this meters?

Thanks
