SIQ is able to calibrate up to 1 MHz and issue accredited calibration certificate. But please let me know what kind of connection you have on the output. Without RF connections it will be hard to pass the calibration.
We are using hioki and kikusui instruments but not really happy. Therefore our metrology department made just circuits according to IEC 60990 which do pass the calibration requirements. Output is directly attached to scope. Easy and usable. Simple 5 min test that is easily automated (about 150 lines of Python code); or about 2 hours of technician time. Should note that the NETWORK is the thing being verified - as a 'calibrated' hi-bw , hi- C/F, true RMS (thermal converter) instrument is used. But I have used (less exotic) DMMs and DSOs with acceptable results. Also, do not forget the peak current - suggest reading Mr. Perkins papers on this.
