It my professional recommendation is that the Kalifornia wines be considered HAZMAT. Mr. Woodgate should pursue the local 'micro-brew' ales - the better microbreweries are in to the south in San Diego County.
And Mr. Woodgate will arrive in time to experience the end of a mild 'Santa Ana' - but temps should be under 38C. Good time to verify ESD immunity of your equipment.
