The use will be within 863-870 MHz band. Probably where output power +27dBm is allowed. Yes, duty cycle and BW restrictions will apply. I must check with our local Notified Body if we need to carry out all radio tests as described in EN 300 220. We do not use a RED-ready EN 300 220 module, only a component that is suitable for compliance to 300 220. I interpret this as by using the CC1125, you have the possibility to comply (a good starting point .), if the rest of the radio design will prove that your complete design complies with the regulations.
