What I neglected to mention is,

Even if a material is certified as V-0 (per UL 94), this alone is no longer
accepted as proof of compliance for enclosures near PIS in China. The
actual enclosure must pass the S.2 needle flame test as part of both
initial certification and ongoing regulatory surveillance.
