        What is the maximum count rate of the encoder? This will determine 
whether it can be use with I/O bits (Parallel port or 5I20 Input pins) or 
whether you need to use the 5I20s encoder inputs.

        Since you are only using 2 Servo Axis, might be simplest to just use 
the 3rd axis encoder input on the 5I20 (and 7I33?) for the spindle encoder.
