This was a Anilam LatheMate with a dead Crusader M L controller. The X and Y had 625 ppr encoders and 5mm pitch ball screws, giving me 12700 counts per inch. I'm not sure how many counts the spindle encoder has until I get it connected and read a few revolutions. I would like to use the 3rd or 4th Mesa encoder inputs for the spindle but I'm not sure if that's compatible with what EMC needs for lathe threading. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by DB2 Express Download DB2 Express C - the FREE version of DB2 express and take control of your XML.
