Dear list,
I have a very very long KERNEL latency using an IBM NetVista 6792-71G
the PC have Intel 82845 845 (Brookdale) chipset, I have try with and without
rtai_smi module downloaded from http://wiki.linuxcnc.org/uploads/rtai_smi.ko
but when I run latency test and move a window the latency go up to 15000000+
I am using Ubuntu 6.06 and emc 2.1.6.
Have any idea to resolve the problem?

This is the lspci output
