Greetings -
Merry new year to all.
I have a GPc ($199 WalMart deal...) that I have loaded the Ubuntu release on
and have had good success running my Sherline mini-mill (steppers).
I now wish to move the mill to a location to which it will be difficult to
string Ethernet cable.
Does anybody have a suggestion as to which WiFi card (or USB gizmo) would be
appropriate? I have no idea which hardware would be supported by the released
Ubuntu distro.
I really want to eliminate the trial-and-error approach, and do not want to
rebuild Ubuntu. Stringing wire through the attic would be a more sure-fire
solution unless one of you fine gentlemen has experience with this.
