John personally that font is such a piece of crap I wouldn't want it
anyway.....as for copyright......
I have no idea and that thought never crossed my mind. I think that
there are much better and
"openly available" fonts.... other than in BobCad I can not get that
font to open even with a .FNT
file reader.
