If code level means 'what type of license' the answer is none. I did have the
30 day demo running a year or so back.
Distributions with synergy cad number 3. emc-ubuntu dapper, BDI4.51, mepis6.5.
Synergy version 16.0-3 in all cases afaik.

The disappearing thing has hit me running ubuntu. Hasn't happened on the others.
Not to say it won't happen. As an experiment I launched Synergy from the
terminal in BDI. It hung the terminal when closing synergy, same as sometimes
happens with the other distros. Maybe the answer is to use a launcher? BDI comes
with synergy cad installed (you probably knew this).

Looking at the deb package shows dependencies matching Debian Sarge. This is
what BDI4.51 looks to be built on. Older than dirt in other words. What needs to
be tweaked in a more modern distro is a good question.

Synergy's footprint on the web is non-existent. With a wiki I might be tempted
to buy the cam. Without any way to share information with other users it's no
go. Even then it's a tough decision. $700 will buy 20 weekends of mastercam
training at a community college. This includes off-hours access to the computer
labs 6 days/week.

Nice website btw. All I have is a self converted sieg mini-mill :(
