So, has anyone else used those "carbide insert" shell end mills
from the CNC Workshop? (I put it in quotes because these things
look like they use lathe-style brazed carbide cutters instead of
indexable inserts) I squared up a stack of 1/4" aluminum plates
in the vise, and it worked like MAGIC! I have a Mo-Max cutter
in my flycutter arbor, and I thought it was pretty good, but the
5-tip shell mill seemed to be several times more than 5X better!
Definitely a great find, and thanks to Roland!

Jon
