Its just that answers to a question asked, the person replying should make use of the down arrow to place the cursor under the question, and type the answer there so that the continuity is maintained in chronological order. Or placed at the bottom of the original post. As you can see, I tend to address concerns in the order stated. And its ok to snip unrelated material too. :) Usually, but not always, indicated with a [...] where the deleted text was. For sometimes quicker answers, fire up your fav IRC client, goto irc.freenode.net, and "/join #emc" where you can generally find a few knowledgeable folks to give advice. But that doesn't wind up in the archives for others to search either unless you leave a copy running and keeping a local logfile for your own use.
