Dooh, I missed the important part the axis reversal.

I the more I think about this part, the more I think you should forget
what I wrote. If you reverse the motor outputs it will move the motor in
the proper direction but screw up the machine position. Sorry about
that. I need to add an input from my brain to my mouth (fingers) with
maybe a delay component.
