Hi all, The pastebin link is to some code generated by Synergy but edited to get the tool numbers, etc correct for my configuration.
This code executes cleanly on the 2.2.5 on my Mazak but consistently gives errors (gouging) under 2.2.7 or 2.2.8. It also worked fine under sim pre-.2.1 (?). So my question is: what changed between these versions that might affect this. G55 offsets are 5,10,-3. T10 is a .5 rougher T11 is a 0.25 end mill T12 is a 0.375 end mill. http://pastebin.ca/1294920\ Thanks in advance.
