There are editing utilities about that may be able to do that, but to nail it
down to a specific config would likely limit emc, and likely you would have
to do it yourself for your own use. It is very versatile. It doesn't need
the latest super-ultra-whatever computer either, a generation old, like an
old machine I use with 384 megs of ram and an xp-1400 athlon, and its quite
happy running my machine. Most folks just dedicate an older box for emc.
Something too slow for the kids to play the latest whiz-bang games on.
