Could you build the power supply first? Then you'll have to build the
frame. :-)

I don't know for sure that the electrolytic capacitors have to be low
ESR, because the picoPSU is switch mode. But I don't suppose there's
enough capacitance on the board to let us get away with ordinary
electrolytics?
