If you change the setting back does it work?

Why are you using coolant flood for torch on?
Normally it is spindle on to control the torch.

Can you revert your changes back to the point where it worked flawlessly?

Gecko 201's step on the falling edge and have different step time and step 
space.
Do you have the step pin inverted?
