Just one more thing:

make sure your subprogramfiles are all written in lowercases. So, if something 
like "MySubProgramFile" is called, axis looks for a file like 
"mysubprogramfile" thus mot considering uppercases.

In my understanding, this should not happen. Is this a bug?
