Yes, their bronze nut for 1/2-10 looks exactly like the ones I got from MSC, 
but paid over $30 ea for 2 about 3 years ago.  I have them screwed into a 
piece of steel and use the thread pitch diffs as a backlash takeup mechanism.

In this case the screw does not turn, the nut(s) do, trapped between some 
good sized thrust type ball bearings sitting in the alu blocks.
