No, Michael built git master which has my latest fix.  I don't know
if it will go into any 2.3 version or wait for 2.4.

If you try a git master build and find that it works for you, that
would be helpful and would be another push for us to put it in the
next 2.3 release.  As it stands, I think it's only been tested on a
couple machines.
