Chris, Did you try burning a second CD? The first CD I burned two months ago would not install no matter what I did. I went back and burned a second CD (on a windows machine using Nero, using the ISO I downloaded) and my problems vanished.
I figured I had a bad CD, however the live CD seems to be fairly sensitive during it's loading. Have you tried a different CD drive? Can you swap out the one you have for another?
