Still no driver though the SSI HostMot2 firmware is there
A simple test could be done using HostMot2s raw mode to check the interface


Absolute encoder support may require some changes in EMC as well
both for absolute/turn (what you likely have) and absolute/fullrange (like a 
Resolute linear encoder on an axis)

SSI Encoders are usually RS-422 so a 7I47 are other bidirectioanl differential 
interface would be needed, or you could use a 7I33 for input and use a 
inverter or RS-422 driver for the clock (theres a trick: if all SSI encoders 
are the same resolution, they can share a common clock)
