On a side note, G76 on our Fanuc, using thread depth out of the
machinist handbook/threadmaker app, we finish OD threads at a good
-.010 to -.030 ( varies by diameter and pitch) wear offset before the
gages show the thread in tolerance.
Seems like a common problem in other words.
