Hi Andy, I have downloaded your script and had a brief look at it but haven't yet had time to play with it properly. I can see a use for it in decorating surfaces - as a form of Engine Turning, but until I get time to look at it properly, I can't really say how useful it will be. There is another chap who is writing an engine turning program which is very flexible but I think your script may do some things that his won't and may therefore fill a gap. If you are interested, his website is at http://wood.dyadica.net/site/ . As you will see, his primary interest is in milling wood but, since I have been beta testing his program for him, he has incorporated into it a number of features that will be useful to me in engraving watch and clock dials, jewellery etc.... As soon as I get the chance, I'll let you know how your script measures up..
