Alan,

As a start I'd reduce the acceleration and increase MIN_FERROR on AXIS 
_5. Usually a following error is because the motor can't keep up with 
the program (though I don't know how it knows) - maybe its just that the 
parallel port can't spit out the pulses its being sent by EMC2 fast 
enough........ The ini file I posted works my machine fine but my 
motors/drivers are probably somewhat different to yours..
