Hi everybody I just re-assembled my maho 800 with a new hmi and now I have a strange problem:
I can activate emc, but while I activate the machine, activate the motion controllers and do some hand jogging, the process gets stuck, monitor gets dark and it looks like the computer is stuck, graphics card and keyboard are constantly re-initializing. hardware: intel d510 motherboard, motenc-light, 4 encoders and 4 DAC, all I/O connected, handweel connected to parallel port, 5V for Handwheel and opto from usb port. keyboard and mouse are usb too software: gentoo, kernel 2.6.32.5 + rtai, emc 2.4.3 hand made. I thougth maybe I used too much power so I disconnected usbs, but this did not help, strangely the motend does not reset, only computer. And the only way to stop it and have a reboot is pressing the reset button, wich also resets the motenc card. Is there anybody with the same problems?
