I just did a search on Ebay for "Android tablet new" from $50-200 and I 
got 1300+ hits.

I am sure that some of them are junk.   But some might be worth while 
working with.

Many can display HDMI movies so the resolution must be pretty good and 
some have built in 3G and Wifi also.

A few have Ethernet ports and 1 ghz plus CPUs.
