I bought one of these and had to send the first one back as 
2 axes didn't work. Second board arrived about 6 weeks later 
and one axis didn't work on that. I gave up on trying to get 
a completely working one and installed that one with one of 
the old driver baords for the 4th axis - then I bought a 
handful of TB6560 chips to repair it in future. Having said 
that, the board has worked well for over a year now and I 
haven't needed the spare chips. I do have a problem with the 
spindle control which has stopped working but I think that 
is computer related..
