Plenty that's better, what's your budget and application?

Cheaper ie free = CNC Toolkit,

Commercial and pricey,  look at FeatureCam, lots of additional
(chargeable) options depending on what type of manufacturing processes
you require, but still the best CAM program out there IMO.

It's intelligent (with default tool options, feeds, speeds and tool
paths), and reasonably easy to get your head around. Highly configurable
and pretty user friendly.
