Kirk, thank You, this script seems very promising! I need some more details about Your script: 1) In which folder should I put it and then in terminal "cd" to? 2) How exactly should I run it? Address of parport is 0x378. How exactly should that command look? 3) Is the effect of setting the parport to EPP permanent or do I have to run this every time before using EMC?
